There is a small thing, everyone has these things and you can change your life with this. Including you. If you use it well, then this little thing will change your life. Ignoring this, it means we allow ourselves to be swayed by the currents of life without having control of what lies within ourselves.

Attention or concern is a small amount of conscious processing of information from large amounts of information available. Information obtained from the sensing, memory and other cognitive processes. The process of attention helps the efficient use of limited mental resources which will then help the speed of reaction to certain stimuli.
What is wrong with most people?
Many people are not willing / able to control his attention by actually. Their attention is largely determined by conditions outside themselves. By contrasting and surprising things that come from environments or conditions.
