SEO: Keywords
The use of key words (“keywords”) is one of the determining factors when positioning a web site.
Keywords are words for which we want to be found in search engines, for example, if you want your website to be found every time someone on the search engines type in the word “business”, then that word would be our key word.
In general, if we are to be found for certain keywords or key phrases, we must include them in the page you want to appear in search results of search engines, but also throughout our website.
The higher the density (percentage of occurrence in relation to other words) or the frequency of these keywords appear, the more positioning have for these words.
Likewise, imports also the location of these keywords, the more weight will be the key words located in the domain (eg “www.worldbuyingstock.com”) and page titles (Title urls), then a second level which are in subtitles, highlighted in bold and italics, and then they are in the content itself.
You may try to intentionally keywords or phrases for which we want to be found appearing at our site, but as in the case of the search of incoming links, if we abuse this practice could be penalized by search engines positions subtracting the results of search.
The ideal is to ensure that these keywords or phrases for which we want to be found seem to have been made naturally in our website, and not intended to affect the search results.
But what we must avoid engaging in prohibited practices such as putting keywords in white to create pages full of keywords (“doorway pages”), since in this case could be penalized by search engines, in this case, expunged from their search results (expunged from their indices).
