The law does not prohibit discovery of good faith, the discovery by lawful means such as:

  • Independent creation, trade secrets does not confer any exclusive, anyone can discover your secret affairs independently and use it or patent it
  • Reverse engineer it is a common practice used to discover the mechanism or the ingredients of a product, when considering a rival product to recreate it or improve it.
